I want to thank everyone who participated in the grooming of my ‘Bella’. My sweet angel died four days after her grooming. We thought she was sleeping but was not. I picked her up and held her close for a while. I cried that day and everyday since. I still feel her presence in the house. You all did a wonderful job on her. I became handicapped and depended on my sister to bring her for her appointments. Sometimes she was real messy and matted only because I couldn’t get her there. Each time she came back looking and feeling so much better. I want to again thank you for making her look so pretty. I had her for over 13 years and before that I had Gweenie another Shitzu for 17 years. I loved them both and miss them. Thank you all, you are all so special and talented in all that you do. You have always been so nice and professional when I spoke with all of you. Thank-you from baby Bella.

Australian Shepherds can be a bit standoffish with strangers, but if they like you, you will be their best friend for life. “I recently went into The Bark Ark to do a self service wash. The three groomers there were very helpful and I watched them work with the pets they were grooming while I was there. This group was amazing with the animals I could not believe the compassion they showed towards their clients. While I was bathing my own dog they kept coming over and asking if I was doing o.k. and they also checked to make sure I got all the shampoo out...this is a self service..but they were so helpful. I will definitely be back to bath my dog again."
