"It is with a grieving heart that I write you this letter to inform you of the passing of our beloved Cami. We were so fortunate to have had an amazing 15 years with her, and blessed to celebrate one last Christmas together- her favorite day of the year. I wanted to express to you our heartfelt thanks for playing a huge role in Cami's life. Grooming a dog for her entire life, knowing her personality and her mannerisms, and caring for her as if she were one of your own means more to us that you will ever know. You were there every month, watching Cami grow, change, and become the dog we loved so much. You made her as beautiful on the outside as she was on the inside. Despite her ailments, allergies, and injuries, Cami went on to live 15 wonderful years, loved like no other pet we have ever owned. We believe that your care and attention played a part in her fulfilled life. Thank you for being a second family to Cami, and caring for her with such professionalism and love. If and when the day comes that we are ready to accept another fur baby into our lives, there is no doubt that we will trust The Bark Ark with his or her care."

"I want to thank everyone who participated in the grooming of my ‘Bella’. My sweet angel died four days after her grooming. We thought she was sleeping but was not. I picked her up and held her close for a while. I cried that day and everyday since. I still feel her presence in the house. You all did a wonderful job on her. I became handicapped and depended on my sister to bring her for her appointments. Sometimes she was real messy and matted only because I couldn’t get her there. Each time she came back looking and feeling so much better. I want to again thank you for making her look so pretty. I had her for over 13 years and before that I had Gweenie another Shitzu for 17 years. I loved them both and miss them. Thank you all, you are all so special and talented in all that you do. You have always been so nice and professional when I spoke with all of you. Thank-you from baby Bella."

“I'm very particular about who handles my dogs and more importantly, my dogs are even more so. Australian Shepherds can be a bit standoffish with strangers, but if they like you, you will be their best friend for life. When I tell Jenny Bear that she's going to have her day of beauty, she starts to bounce off the walls, she's so excited. She really loves going to The Bark Ark and when she leaves, she looks like she's ready for the conformation ring, not a hair out of place. They really do a lovely job at the Bark Ark and I can highly recommend their services. Thank you ladies for always taking such great care of my dogs."

“I called Betty the owner at the Bark Ark needing a full service salon treatment for my Tibetan Spaniel Melody and was very happy that they could accommodate me on a same day request. I'm visiting family here in Massachusetts and my Aunt told me she didn't want the dog in her bathtub.Melody was looking beautiful after her stay at Bark Ark and wasn't stressed out at all by the experience with a new shop. “I recently went into The Bark Ark to do a self service wash. The three groomers there were very helpful and I watched them work with the pets they were grooming while I was there. This group was amazing with the animals I could not believe the compassion they showed towards their clients. While I was bathing my own dog they kept coming over and asking if I was doing o.k. and they also checked to make sure I got all the shampoo out...this is a self service..but they were so helpful. I will definitely be back to bath my dog again."
